We recently used Boxer Exteriors for our roof, siding and gutters - they basically did a full exterior makeover on our home. The project took just about a week, and it’s seriously hard to believe it’s even the same 1960’s house. As first time homeowners, we didn’t really know what to expect - but we certainly didn’t expect it to be as easy and transformative as it was. Tony spent quality time with us upfront, ensuring we had the right samples / color options, and even went out of his way to research and acquire a product he didn’t previously have since he thought it would match our ideas best. That was really cool and unexpected. It was obvious that they take a lot of pride in their projects. During the installation the team was SO respectful - I assumed our landscaping would be destroyed and the noise would be impossible to work through - but it was honestly fine. The team cleaned up every day, protected our landscaping and furniture, and were so kind and considerate. Preston and Tony were both on hand to address any questions (& my crazy last minute changes - like wait can you go back and do a custom door frame?!?). The craftsmanship and quality exceeded our expectations in every way - and as a family with two dogs, I love that they give back to local dog groups!! We initially found this business because the company name was on a few sponsor lists for events at our local middle and high schools. I really loved the idea of supporting a local business, especially one who is so actively engaged with, and contributing to, our local community. The roof is perfection, the siding is beyond beautiful, and overall I cannot recommend this company enough. Also good to mention they were priced very competitively to other companies - and the quality of the product was chefs kiss.

Kept me well informed throughout the process, but never let it feel overwhelming. Was a nice plus that our dogs got along so well and would play while we talked shop.The work to the house was handled over two days, one for the roof and another for the siding. No incidents and the end result was seamless. Really came together in the end and have gotten regular compliments on the final outcome.Overall, couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with Boxer. Top of furnace chimney required replacement due to years of weather and general wear and tear. Boxer Exteriors was very accommodating for what was a somewhat specialized repair. New chimney cap is of far better quality and replaced shingles blends in well with existing roof. Excellent workmanship throughout! I would highly recommend "Boxer Exteriors" for one's roofing needs! The Installation Process

BEFORE

Trailer

A dump trailer will be delivered to your home usually a day before installation.

Delivery

You will be notified of delivery date. They will be placed on driveway or rooftop.

Delays

Delays are always a possibility due to weather, illnesses, job surprises etc.

Pets & Kids

Consider arrangements if your pets or children are sensitive to noise.

Gutters, Sliding, etc.

Additional trades will be installed after the roof installation is completed to prevent damage.

Move Cars

Move cars the night before to avoid getting stuck in your garage during construction of your roof.

Furniture

Move any furniture, yard art or grills away from the side of the house to prevent them from getting damaged.

Breakables

Vibration from construction can cause items to fall, make sure to secure household breakables.

IT'S SHOWTIME!

Timeframes

Most homes are completed within one or two days.

Early Starts

Due to hot weather, crews can start as early as 7 AM.

Neighbors

Help us give your neighbors to the left and right of you a heads up that we will be working on your house.

Clean Up

We do a final inspection of your yard afterwords with a magnet to find any loose nails. If you come across an unacceptable amount of debris, we can always stop back!

Plants

We try to keep your plants safe, but sometimes your plants can get squishe. We apologize in advance. Let us know if that happens.

Satellite

To prevent damage to your satellite, we will have to detach it from your roof. We will then re-attach when the roof is complete.

WHAT'S NEXT?

Leftover Materials

We generally order extra material so we dont run out and delay your project. Leftovers will be picked up after completion.

Final Walk Through

When the project is complete, we'll set up a time to review with you and make sure you're completely satisfied with the work.

Warranty

If applicable, we will register your warranty and provide you with details. You will receive a copy via email or mail.
