So grateful to the Boxer Exteriors team for their help with my roof and siding this summer. Peyton delivered consistent best-in-class customer service throughout the experience, working closely with my insurance. Kept me well informed throughout the process, but never let it feel overwhelming. Was a nice plus that our dogs got along so well and would play while we talked shop. The work to the house was handled over two days, one for the roof and another for the siding. No incidents and the end result was seamless. Really came together in the end and have gotten regular compliments on the final outcome. Overall, couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with Boxer. Professional, trust-worthy, and just overall really good people!

Tony Berry was my first contact for inspection for possible hail damage. He came out very promptly and performed an extensive inspection of my roof and gutters. Finding damage he took photos and helped with the process of filing a claim with my insurance company. When my claim was approved a schedule of the work was established. Tony and project manager Preston were great to work with and kept me totally up to date as to what and when work would be done. My shrubs and flowers suffered no damage during the whole project. I cant say enough good things about Boxer Exteriors... This company did such an amazi g job and completed the work in the same day! Very knowledeable, professional and cleaned up afterwards. In the end I had a stunning new roof for my home which made it shine! Proof that miracles do happen: Dawn showed up at what the lowest point in my life. My family had suffered a housefire, & the devastating loss of our beloved dog Loki. In the middle of coping with the loss, & being displaced; my husband and I separated and divorced which added to the stress of working through the reconstruction our home. We found out that our insurance policy would not cover replacement of our roof which was clearly affected by all the smoke residue. Our contractors stretched out the repairs and sucked our policy dry of time and funds for alternative housing. I was paying both a rent and my mortgage. How was I going to replace a roof? How was I going to give my children a Christmas??? I was introduced to Dawn and I shared my story with her. She willingly donated a new roof to complete the repairs of my home. She even dropped off Christmas gifts for us to make sure we had a nice Christmas well. Angels do exist and they appear in many forms. We recently used Boxer Exteriors for our roof, siding and gutters - they basically did a full exterior makeover on our home. The project took just about a week, and it’s seriously hard to believe it’s even the same 1960’s house. As first time homeowners, we didn’t really know what to expect - but we certainly didn’t expect it to be as easy and transformative as it was. Tony spent quality time with us upfront, ensuring we had the right samples / color options, and even went out of his way to research and acquire a product he didn’t previously have since he thought it would match our ideas best. That was really cool and unexpected. It was obvious that they take a lot of pride in their projects. During the installation the team was SO respectful - I assumed our landscaping would be destroyed and the noise would be impossible to work through - but it was honestly fine. The team cleaned up every day, protected our landscaping and furniture, and were so kind and considerate. Preston and Tony were both on hand to address any questions (& my crazy last minute changes - like wait can you go back and do a custom door frame?!?). The craftsmanship and quality exceeded our expectations in every way - and as a family with two dogs, I love that they give back to local dog groups!! Dawn and Tony the Owners are Amazing! They are the kind of Business that drives new residents to our DuPage Community. I was approached by Dawn and she asked me if I new anyone in need of exterior help that could use some kindness. I had Boxer Exteriors come out to look at what I thought was a gutter problem but what they found was actually serious roof problems. Thankfully for me they found the problem before it got worse. They worked beautifully with my insurance company and even came out when the adjuster came out to look at the roof so they could be on site to answer any questions they had which made the process go so smoothly. My insurance company agreed with all of the damage that they pointed out and immediately processed my claim. My roof was completely redone in one day and when they left you would never have known anybody was even in my yard. It was so clean! I own dogs so I was very nervous that there would be nails and bits and pieces of material around the house that they would get injured on so I made sure to do a walk around before I let them out of the house again, but I didn't find a single thing that needed to be picked up! I could not have been more grateful. A huge shout out to Boxer Exteriors for a phenomenal job.
